Digital controls are mounted on the front, featuring a 60-minute timer and last batch recall. The unit is housed in a durable cast iron body with NSF-approved enamel gray paint. It also includes an industry-standard #12 attachment hub, a safety interlocked bowl guard, and a bowl lift. Non-slip rubber feet provide stability, while a 6-foot cord and ground plug ensure easy setup. The high-quality stainless steel removable bowl guard includes a built-in ingredient chute, and the interlocking guard is simple to remove for cleaning, being dishwasher safe.
