Refrigeration System – A factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system uses CFC-free 134A refrigerant. The oversized, factory-balanced refrigeration system features guided airflow to maintain uniform temperatures in food pans and cabinet interiors. The patented forced-air design keeps product temperatures between 33°F and 41°F (0.5°C to 5°C) in food pans and cabinet interiors. This system is compliant with ANSI/NSF-7 standards.

The self-lubricating, sealed cast-iron evaporator fan motor(s) and larger fan blades deliver efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow in the sandwich and salad units. The condensing unit is accessible from the back of the cabinet and slides out for easy maintenance.

Cabinet Construction – The exterior consists of stainless steel on the front, top, and sides, with a matching aluminum back. The interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner approved by NSF, with a stainless steel floor and coved corners.

Insulation – The cabinet structure and solid door are foam-insulated with Ecomate, a high-density polyurethane insulation with zero ozone depletion potential (ODP) and zero global warming potential (GWP).

The unit features 5″ (127 mm) diameter stem castors, with locks on the front set and a 36″ (915 mm) work surface height.

Door – The stainless steel door exterior is paired with a white aluminum liner that matches the cabinet’s interior. It is equipped with a 12″ (305 mm) long recessed handle, which is foamed-in-place for permanent attachment. The door has a positive seal, is self-closing, and stays open at 90°. The door swings within the cabinet dimensions and includes a magnetic gasket that is removable without tools for easy cleaning.

Shelving – Four adjustable, heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves (21 9/16″L x 16″D, or 548 mm x 407 mm) are included, along with four chrome-plated shelf clips per shelf. The shelf support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior, and the shelves are adjustable in 1/2″ (13 mm) increments.

Model Features – The evaporator is epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion. An 8 7/8″ (226 mm) deep, 1/2″ (13 mm) thick, full-length removable cutting board is made of sanitary, high-density, NSF-approved white polyethylene, providing a durable surface for food prep.

The stainless steel, patented foam-insulated lid and hood help maintain colder temperatures, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. These are removable for easy cleaning.

The unit comes with 9 (1/6 size) and 3 (1/9 size) clear polycarbonate NSF-approved food pans for use in the countertop prep area, and it also accommodates 6″ (153 mm) deep food pans, supplied by others. The countertop pan opening can be adapted for various pan sizes with available dividers.

Electrical – The unit is pre-wired at the factory and ready for final connection to a 115/60/1 phase, 15-amp dedicated outlet. A cord and plug set is included.
