Description

The Frymaster ESG35T is a 35 lb gas fryer. It has millivolt controls. No electrical connection is required. It has a snap action thermostat and a tube type design, which means the heating elements are fully submersed in the oil. The frypot, door, and sides are stainless steel. The frying area dimensions are 14″ x 13.75″ x 4.2″.

The Frymaster ESG35T is considered a value, high-efficiency fryer. For starters, it exceeds ENERGY STAR® guidelines and qualifies for energy saving rebates. It requires only 70,000 BTU/hr, which is 33% less than comparable models. The submersed heating tubes have proprietary baffles and painted interiors that deliver rapid heat transfer to the oil. And lastly, the fryer has the same cooking capacity as your average 45 lb fryer, which will in turn save you 10 lb of oil every time the frypot is filled.
