The Axis Pasta Cooker features a single tank with a natural gas option and a 10.5-gallon capacity. It measures 15-3/4 inches in width, 37-2/5 inches in depth, and 37-2/5 inches in height. This unit includes individual controls for gas, water, and a 1-inch port drain. It has a deep-drawn inner tank and comes with six stainless steel mesh baskets that have ergonomically positioned handles. Additional features include a front drain tray, starch skimming drain, piezo-electric burner ignition, and a safety thermocouple shutoff. Constructed from stainless steel, it also has adjustable stainless steel legs and provides 50,000 BTU of power. The product is cETLus and ETL-Sanitation certified and ships with an LP conversion kit.
