The unit has a 70,000 BTU/hr input and a stainless steel fry tank with a 35-40 lb capacity. It features a large cold zone area, a 1¼” full-port ball drain valve, and a stainless steel reinforced door with an Earth magnet to secure it. The sides and back are finished with G90 high-grade galvanized, non-corrosive material. It comes with four adjustable nickel-plated legs and twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles. The thermostat control, which adjusts from 200° to 400°F with a standing pilot, operates without requiring an electric hook-up. A hi-limit shut-off protector ensures safety by shutting off the gas combination valve and pilot light. The fryer also includes a built-in flue deflector, a nickel-plated tube rack, and a removable stainless steel basket hanger for easy cleaning.
