This stainless steel fry tank has a capacity of 85 to 90 lbs and features a 1 1/4″ full port ball-type drain valve. The cabinet is made of stainless steel and comes with four adjustable 6″ casters, two of which are locking. It includes twin fry baskets with plastic-coated handles and a 150,000 BTU/hr input. The tank is equipped with five heat exchanger tubes designed for easy cleaning, a hi-limit shut-off, and a combination gas shut-off valve with a pilot safety system. Additionally, the unit includes a tank brush, stainless steel crumb scoop, and a clean-out rod.
