The unit features stainless steel on the front and sides, along with heavy cast iron top grates. Each 18″ section is equipped with two concentric ring-type burners, delivering 55,000 BTU/hr. each, for a total of 110,000 BTU/hr. per section. It includes a standing pilot ignition system and two infinite heat control valves per section. A heat shield is also provided to safeguard the control valves, and it has a 3/4″ rear gas connection with a gas pressure regulator.
