This griddle features a 1″ thick polished steel plate welded to a 3 1/4″ stainless steel back, along with tapered side splashes and a stainless steel grease trough. It has a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame, with a cooking height of 12 1/2″ on adjustable 4″ legs. Each 12″ section of the griddle is powered by a 25,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burner, with an embedded mechanical snap-action thermostat per burner to ensure precise temperature control and rapid response. The temperature range is adjustable from 200°F to 450°F. Safety is prioritized with one pilot safety valve for every two burners, which shuts off the gas if the pilot light goes out. A high-capacity grease can with a 4 1/2 quart capacity is included, along with a 3/4″ rear gas connection and a convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service. The unit is designed for natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit for added flexibility.
