The griddle features a 1-inch thick polished steel plate welded to a 3¼-inch stainless steel back, with tapered side splashes and a stainless steel grease trough. Its fully welded frame is made from stainless and aluminized steel. The cooking height is 12½ inches, adjustable with 4-inch legs. Each 12-inch section of the griddle is powered by a 25,000 BTU/hr “U” shaped aluminized steel burner, with one infinite heat control valve for each burner. The unit has a standing pilot ignition system and a high-capacity 4½-quart grease can. It includes a ¾-inch rear gas connection and a convertible gas pressure regulator for LP service, with natural gas service as the standard. An LP conversion kit is included.
