Its precise temperature control, with a variance of less than 2 degrees Fahrenheit, makes it ideal for simmering as well.

This steam jacketed kettle is equipped with an energy-efficient, fast-heating gas system that recovers quickly. The automatic electronic spark ignition ensures reliable start-ups every time.

The steam jacket is permanently filled with treated, distilled water and is rated for 50 PSI. A rear-mounted safety valve prevents accidental operation, and all external surfaces are made of durable 304 stainless steel.

The splash-proof solid-state control panel makes it easy to regulate the temperature, monitor heat cycles, and receive low-water warnings. Additional features include a large pouring lip for easy pouring, a tough rolled rim, a manual tilt mechanism with a self-locking worm and segment gear, and flanged feet for bolting to the floor.
